In my role as General Counsel at Oura, I worked with Dr. Kirstin Aschbacher to build out our Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio. We worked together for over a year, and in that time, she was the single most productive contributor to our IP portfolio, resulting in 15 patients across illness detection, women's health, sleep, activity, and the human-computer interface.  Dr. Aschbacher combined a rare set of skill sets in AI/ML Data Science, biology, and psychology to identify novel ways to leverage our unique technology, our data, and surface insights to users.  I would recommend her wholeheartedly as a consultant for digital health companies seeking data-driven insights and innovation.
